The main production program of our cooperative is the manufacturing of air piston compressors and screw compressors , and related spare parts. The cooperative has all necessary machines and equipment, including NC and CNC machines to complete its production program. We are able to ensure similar production that can be characterized as complex chip working and finishing operations (grinding and honing).

honing

SUNNEN CV- 616 A - honing machine, max. diameter 150 mm, max. length 265 mm, min. calibre 50 mm

Welding

Semi-automatic welding by means of TIG of standard steel and stainless metal plate

Possible welding under automatic mode without filler material, using rotary positioning device
