Filtration

Filters are used to separate oil and water-borne mechanical impurities from the compressed air to a required level. The required degree of filtration is achieved by selecting the proper type of filtration insert.

Types of filtration inserts

• Type P - pre-filter for the removal of impurities of up to 3 µm
• Type M - micro-filter for the removal of impurities of up to 0.1 µm, residual oil up to 0.5 mg/m³
• Type S - micro-filter for the removal of impurities of up to 0.1 µm, residual oil up to 0.01 mg/m³
• Type A - micro-filter for the removal of impurities smaller than 0.001 µm and for the elimination of odor and for the separation of oil vapors of up to 0.005 mg/m³
